Q. Is the charging cable broken and unable to charge?
Answer: This issue is likely caused by the charging cable not being fully inserted into the charging port. Ensure the cable is fully inserted to charge properly.After the charging cable is fully inserted, it can be turned on normally.
Q. How to replace the spoon head?
Answer: The spoons are designed for a secure fit. To detach a spoon, firmly pull off the spoon head. To attach a different spoon, simply insert the desired head.
Q. Why does it still show a weight reading even when nothing is placed on it?
Answer: This is due to the sensor's lever-based design. Pressure or tilting of the spoon head can affect the internal balance. To resolve this, ensure the spoon is placed horizontally on a level surface and press the "TARE" button to reset the zero point.
